Dog Of The Month – Cash

Please let me introduce to you Cash.  His Dad is Jesse’s fiance….Jesse is his Mom.

He is a Chesapeake Bay Retriever/Lab Mix.

He’s a magical dog.  He has a heart of gold and is the Grandpuppy of all the dogs that run around in our group.  He’s raised them all and tried to teach them all good manners and all the other amazing tricks he knows.  Some they learned and some (as in my slower but just as sweet bassets) didn’t learn much but LOVE them some Cash!

Cash has the best fur of any dog I know.  It’s so fluffy and sometimes it even crimps…..as you can see in the photos….look at his ears!  Because he is a Chesapeake Bay Retriever he has fur like a duck and the water rolls off of his fur and therefore he is in the water a lot!   I like to think of Cash as a hippy dog and his parents would agree.  He doesn’t prefer to be inside, he likes to run through fields and play, he likes to keep his diet very natural and if his Dad is going camping….he better be going or else!

Cash for sure deserves to be the first Dog Of The Month on Spooniest.  He’s sweet, kind, gentle, and a really good friend to my dogs.  What makes him even more cool….is he knows how to use sidewalk chalk for notes to his Mom when he goes on walks.  Good BOY CASHIE!  Love you buddy!

Check back next month for another dog of the month!  Please remember to spay or neuter your pets!

  1. Cash, wanted me to tell you he really appreciates your kind words. And that he needs to hang with the boys soon! Thanks again.
