perfect grillin’ night. 49 degrees and counting.

 
I know it’s 49 degrees outside but that is perfect grilling weather for this family!  We love the fall!  No reason to be hot….just wait until it’s below 50 and fire it up…..it’s perfect!

Bon Appetite

Spinach Stuffed Squash….a nice alternative to a twice baked potato 

Easier than pie Strawberry Short Cake…..
Bake a yellow cake mix just like it says on the box
Then make this amazing icing:
1/2 pound cream cheese, room temperature
2 sticks (1/2 pound) unsalted butter
2  pounds powdered sugar, sifted
1 teaspoon vanilla
